JGX-0400 Series
The JGX - 0400 series of wire rope isolators is an axisymmetric isolator.It can bear a static load of 17.5 - 37 kg. This series has the properties of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and high and low - temperature resistance. It is suitable for the vibration isolation and buffering of airborne, vehicle - mounted, and shipborne electronic and mechanical equipment, computers, and instruments, as well as the safety protection of missile and satellite transportation, navigation, and launching systems.
The working principle of the JGX - 0400 series is that when the excitation and impact amplitudes are large, internal friction occurs between the strands of the wire rope, consuming energy and attenuating the vibration and impact strength; when the vibration amplitude is small, the wire rope strands are twisted together and do not slip relatively, showing good linear elasticity and maintaining system stability. In short, the JGX - 0400 series is suitable for complex and changeable vibration and shock conditions and can effectively avoid strong resonance and impact.
